Common documents (A4 size)
- Passport photo page copy
- One photo, 3.5cm × 4.5cm, colour, white background
- Certificate of residence (住民票, juminhyo) It must list every family member living with you.
- Passport photo page copy of everyone listed on the certificate of residence
- Residence card (在留カード), both sides
- Bank passbook copy Every page except the blank ones.
- Overseas travel insurance certificate in English

Please note
- All prices exclude consumption tax.
- Applicants under 18, business trips and urgent applications: +¥10,000
- "Urgent" means less than one month before travel, or less than two weeks before the interview.
- The fee excludes consumption tax, your travel insurance premium and embassy fees.
- Payment is due before we send the documents back to you.
- We charge 50% of the fee once your documents arrive at our office.
- The application cannot be cancelled once we have started preparing it.
- The application cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted to the embassy.
- Special documents are charged separately for translation into English.
- If the embassy asks for additional documents, we charge for those separately.
- We cannot refund the fee even if the visa is refused.
Countries covered by one Schengen visa
A Schengen visa is issued under the Schengen Agreement, which establishes a single visa policy across the member states. A visa issued by any one member state is valid in all the others, so you do not need to apply again.
