- Photo, 5cm × 5cm, colour, white background No glasses, and your forehead must not be covered by your hair.
- Certificate of residence (住民票, juminhyo) It must list every family member living with you.
- Passport photo page copy of everyone listed on the certificate of residence
- Residence card (在留カード), both sides
- Certificate of bank balance in English
- Chinese nationals: national ID card, both sides

Your personal details (no proof needed, handwriting is fine)

- BYour previous two employers — name, address, phone, position, employment period, manager's name, job description
- CYour parents — full names and dates of birth

Please note
- All prices exclude consumption tax.
- Applicants under 18, business trips and urgent applications: +¥10,000
- "Urgent" means less than one month before travel, or less than two weeks before the interview.
- If EVUS registration is required, we charge an additional ¥5,000.
- Payment is due before we book your interview.
- We charge 50% of the fee once your documents arrive at our office.
- The application cannot be cancelled once we have started preparing it.
- The application cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted to the embassy.
- Special documents are charged separately for translation into English.
- If the embassy asks for additional documents, we charge for those separately.
- We cannot refund the fee even if the visa is refused.
